First when I installed the game, Windows Security was on and when I wanted to open it, I kept getting an error. Then I did this and the game worked normally all the time. Maybe it will help you too.
When Your Game Won't Open, Here Is How You Can Install The Game That Work:
1 Disable Antivirus And All Windows Security On Windows 10, Like This: Go To Virus & Threat Protection Settings, Click On Menage Settings And Disable All, Than Click On The Exclusions ''Add Or Remove Exclusions, Click On Add An Exclusion, Click On Folder And Find The Downloaded Game And Click On Select Folder.
2 Open The Setup From Downloaded Game Folder And Install The Game (Click To Install English And German, If You Want To Have Audio On German In The Game, But You Must Check English Too - That's Very Important)
3 After Install Copy The xinput1_3.dll & xinput1_4.dll Files In The Install Folder And Copy The Same Files xinput1_3.dll & xinput1_4.dll Into The ''Siren, Binaries, Win64'' Folder
